Jason Bolin
Director
In 2003, Jason founded JRB with the vision of establishing an independent and reliable service provider for fleet and heavy vehicle repairs. He commenced with an apprenticeship at a local truck dealership and during this period, Jason gained valuable hands-on experience, further honing his skills by sub-contracting to multiple companies. Jason recognises that the key to the success of this business is developing relationships with the client, understanding, anticipating and proritising their business needs.
Bruce Lawson
General Manager of Sales
Bruce brings more than 20 years of experience across the supply chain, transport and heavy vehicle industries. Beginning his career as a qualified chef before transitioning into transport and logistics, he has held roles spanning international shipping, customer service, marketing, sales, truck and semi-trailer retail, OEM manufacturing, truck body building and refrigerated transport. His extensive industry knowledge and commercial experience have seen him work with businesses ranging from regional operators to some of Australia’s largest fleet organisations. As General Manager – Sales, Bruce supports the sales team, works closely with aftersales and drives the continued growth of JRB Group’s sales portfolio.
Anthony Pandopoulos
Sales Manager
Anthony began his career as an accountant in public practice before transitioning into the transport industry. With a natural eye for equipment, he began buying and selling trucks as a sideline, expanding his transport company to exceed forty trucks on the road. Five years ago, he made the transition to JRB, where he serves as a Sales Manager. Anthony sells over 200 pieces of heavy equipment annually, leveraging his expertise in vehicle specifications, transport costing, freight management, engine specs, fuel optimisation, PBS route approvals, and GPS tracking systems.
